Could the same thing happen to you?

I t's taken time in prison for Dr. Adam Frasch to come by the hard-won information that what happened to him could happen to many of the people he knew before his false incarceration.  It starts with trusting homeowners allowing an unskilled  labourer  to do odd jobs for them. The 'handyman' will charge far less than a bonded or more competent worker but when he's gained the trust of the homeowners he starts stealing items that won't be noticed for awhile. And if you tell him you don't need him on a certain day and he knows the house is empty, he can go back for more smaller  items or just go in for a large haul and then stay out of the picture for awhile.  Samira Frasch noticed items missing from her closet and the last full day of her life was spent trying to find a designer purse that was made especially for her, her most treasured possession. Long before that, Dr. Frasch had noticed items missing from his garage and would have fired the handyman except tha

Who really killed Samira Frasch?

Gerald Gardner was the one who "found" Samira. All the evidence pointed to him also being her killer. To understand who killed Samira Frasch one has to look at particular lies in the trial.  Gerald Gardner said he was at the Frasch home the day before Samira’s death in order to pressure-wash the home, a job he never did. And that he had returned the next day to finish off the job. Dr. Frasch can show he had another man who did that although just the trial revealed Gardner’s ignorance of the process of pressure-washing a house since he thought it was 2-day job. Gerald Gardner said Samira Frasch was at home with her children the day before she died. In fact, Adam, Samira and the two children spent the day travelling from their Tallahassee home to their Thomasville home and then back down to their Panama City Beach home because Samira was concerned about expensive items of clothing that were going missing. Cappleman twisted this into a complex story of marital infidelity, saying
