The faith of Dr. Frasch

In late January of 2017, Tallahassee podiatrist, Dr. Adam Frasch, was on trial for allegedly murdering his wife, Samira. The media described an excessive lifestyle filled with fashion, fast cars and strippers. Adam and Samira had a rocky relationship, we were told, and according to the media, there was every reason to think Adam was the cause of her body being found at the bottom of the couple’s pool in a gated community in Florida.

What no one would have known from these defamatory and sensationalized stories was that Dr. Adam Frasch is a Bible-believing Evangelical. What the media called ‘excess,’ Dr. Frasch credited to God blessing him. He had lived his life working hard, honoring God with his money by giving generously, enjoying his family and their exciting travel adventures. But the media didn’t want to tell that story. Instead, his whole life was twisted by the media and by the subsequent prosecution to create a picture of a man driven not by a love for God but by a love for pleasure and power.

The articles online and the documentaries about him don't mention his faith. When he speaks about it to the media, those portions are edited out.

He is not a recent convert but was born into a Christian family and has held onto his faith through his whole life and through the horrific ordeal of having a wife murdered and being falsely accused of doing it.

Dr. Adam Frasch has a story that is of particular interest to Christians. We, of all people, loathe injustice because we love and serve a just God. And this case didn’t happen in some faraway country under a regime that persecutes Christians, it happened  in America.

Please take the time to check out the blog and consider spreading awareness about this case. All prayers would be greatly appreciated, too.
