What action YOU can take

If you are concerned about what you've read at the Free Doc Frasch blog and about whether anyone gets a fair trial in America, please contact the Florida Governor's office to ask them to re-examine the evidence in the Adam Frasch case and grant a pardon to an innocent man.

    I hope he rots there. He’s a narcissistic POS who deserves what he got. Only a narcissist goes to these lengths to create a fictional blog attempting to poke holes where there are none. The guy clearly still thinks he’s smarter than everyone else.

    Hi, I'm Jennifer and I'm actually the one who put together this blog. It's true that I had contact with Dr. Frasch via the prison mail system but he has no access to the internet so this blog is not his creation.

A horrific drama continues to unfold in Tallahassee. Tallahassee lawyer James P. Waczewski has filed a civil lawsuit against Dr. Frasch on behalf of his client, Samira Frasch’s mother in Madagascar.  Samira Frasch’s mother wants not only the children but also Samira's $1 million dollar insurance settlement that would have gone directly to secondary beneficiary, Hyrah (Adam and Samira's firstborn), under the Slayer Statute which says a murderer can't financially benefit from his crime. On February 22, 2014, Samira Frasch - model, singer, mother - was alleged to be ‘found’ dead at the bottom of the pool of her Tallahassee, Florida home by a maintenance man. At the same time, her husband was in Panama City Beach (a three-hour drive away) with their two young children having left the house early that morning to give his wife a Momma’s Day Off.  It should have been a good day for Samira. Dr. Adam Frasch often took the children so that his wife could run errands, get her hair and nails done or go to the spa for a massage, waxing and facial.
