A horrific drama continues to unfold in Tallahassee. Tallahassee lawyer James P. Waczewski has filed a civil lawsuit against Dr. Frasch on behalf of his client, Samira Frasch’s mother in Madagascar.  Samira Frasch’s mother wants not only the children but also Samira's $1 million dollar insurance settlement that would have gone directly to secondary beneficiary, Hyrah (Adam and Samira's firstborn), under the Slayer Statute which says a murderer can't financially benefit from his crime. But the  settlement  was paid to the primary beneficiary, Dr. Adam Frasch, before his trial. The insurance company did their own investigation and discovered many exonerating facts, including that one of Samira’s phones had pinged off of a tower in Marianna, FL at the time that Dr. Frasch was passing through on his way to Panama City Beach. Hi Kim, OK I'll try and answer the list of questions you gave me. I will try and keep the answers short and to the point to help satisfy your bosses at VH1. Also it should assure them that they are getting the story and documentary for the Emmys. All I want is the truth to be told and get "True Justice".  1) You asked me to tell you about myself. I am 52 years old. I was born in Gregory SD, raised in Nebraska with most of my adolescent years in Ainsworth NE, Atkinson NE, and went to high school in Pierce NE. On February 22, 2014, Samira Frasch - model, singer, mother - was alleged to be ‘found’ dead at the bottom of the pool of her Tallahassee, Florida home by a maintenance man. At the same time, her husband was in Panama City Beach (a three-hour drive away) with their two young children having left the house early that morning to give his wife a Momma’s Day Off.  It should have been a good day for Samira. Dr. Adam Frasch often took the children so that his wife could run errands, get her hair and nails done or go to the spa for a massage, waxing and facial. It was something they did when they were at home or travelling. Dr. Frasch would take the two girls to the park or library or Chuck E. Cheese.
